Hello,
Lovely to reach you via my website. I run The Business Vine which has been a dream of mine since I started putting plans together in 2015 while I was studying for my degree. After getting some more career experience, I opened the business officially in 2022 as a way to help others run their business with better work-life balance and see success without having to do all the work.
I am passionate about supporting dreams and know flexible support is the best way to see it through. No minimum hours per month and flexible schedules mean my clients can work with me in the way they deem best.

The Story Behind The Business Vine
How did I get here? Well, I'll give you the shortest version I can!
📍 I graduated in 2018 with a degree in Politics and International Relations.
📍My first job after uni was Recruitment for the Finance and Investment industry. I made some big sales and got comfortable with Business Development and finding the best people for the right brand.
📍After a company restructure, I joined a Growth Operations team for a Space-Tech Start-up that made nano-satellite technology more accessible. As a team we grew the business and added strategy, wellness and efficiency into workflow, I implementated it on the ground, organised company events, supported the SLT and recruited the right people for the business.
📍 I was made redundant due to the pandemic and found a temporary role supporting a board of Forensic Pathologists in the investigation of suspicious deaths. I worked with 16 Police Forces in the start-to-end process of death investigation (an eye-opener to say the least). This was a hybrid position where I identified inefficiencies in the team and gave insights to the CEO into what might work to see the desired change.
📍When this temporary role finished, I became an Executive in the Horticultural industry where I coordinated events and activities for engagement and communication between the organisation and the Membership, looking after the Committees, the Board and key business individuals. I learned a lot.
📍 So I took all these skills I'd acquired through a fast-tracked-start-of-my-career and began supporting small businesses and busy professionals - and I'm lucky enough to say that I've not needed to look back and I've never been happier!
